DESIGN & COSTING
We design stunningly beautiful decorative lighting for your project. The type of product and density of lighting can often be varied to meet budgetary requirements; talk to use about your ideas and we can usually give you a range of options. Our aim is to maximise the effect of your investment; we aim to minimise expenditure on “unseen” items such as traffic management access equipment. How do we achieve that? By pre-building off-site where possible, ensuring the installation work is as efficient as possible, and applying a good dollop of common sense. Safety, however, is NEVER compromised.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once the design is confirmed, we will manage your project every step of the way. There are often multiple parties involved and you can depend on us to ensure your project runs smoothly. The weather doesn’t always play ball and we are often working out in the elements but we will always keep you informed of what is happening and when. You can also be assured that our installation teams will arrive on site fully prepared, briefed on what is required, and will all the right equipment to allow them to complete the job quickly and safely. “Failing to prepare is preparing to fail”
INSTALLATION
Deco Light™ installation teams are fully SiteSafe qualified, evidenced by our SiteWise Gold Certification. We pride ourselves in efficient, safe working practises and getting the job done. Whether the work requires Access Equipment, Cranes, Traffic Management, Abseilers or Tree Climbers, you can be assured we will have the right equipment and personnel on site, and a comprehensive plan in place.
MAINTENANCE
Services provided include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, scheduled servicing, testing and component replacement.
There are a number of different arrangements for providing maintenance services but a Maintenance Contract ensures your installation will be serviced regularly and will always be looking its best. The Deco Light Spira Controller allows remote monitoring and management of your installation; this means we can be alerted to any issues (e.g. power supply off, some lights not working, etc) and instigate remedial action immediately. We can also remotely set colours and effects on-the-fly to recognise world events. Its all part of the service!
